Systems in our Life – Entanglement and Success

That’s great! We hope you’d find here more information about the method of FC (Family Constellation) and about our workshops; don’t be mislead by the word “Family” – it’s not about family events (if you’re looking for family events, sorry, google again). The name Family Constellation was used by the author of the method (Bert Hellinger) as he discovered that many of persistent issues people have are rooted in unconscious entanglements coming from their family system.

Exploring these entanglements and their patterns by experiential work (for people digging deeper – it was based on phenomenological approach), he shaped a concept of finding resolutions by arranging representatives of the family members in a group settings. It was observed repeatedly that representatives report the same feelings like original family members however they never met them! That phenomenon doesn’t come from suggestions or telling stories; it isn’t acting like in a theatre, and it isn’t psychodrama session.

Let me explain a bit what concepts are standing behind that phenomenon…

What Hellinger discovered, and called the Knowing Field – was corresponding to Rupert Sheldrake’s Theory of Morphogenetic Fields (for interested – see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RB1OhJBbzkM and google further) and to the concept of hologram (see http://www.lexicon.net/drpao/shaman/articles/hologramc.htm and google further).

If you’d have a look at Sheldrake’s concepts of Morphogenetic Fields and Morphic Resonance, you’d see that reality of the resonance between people is not a romantic fairy tale but a scientific fact: The morphic fields of mental activity are not confined to the insides of our heads. They extend far beyond our brain trough intention and attention. We are already familiar with the idea of fields extending beyond the material objects in which they are rooted: for example magnetic fields extend beyond the surfaces of magnets; the earth’s gravitational field extends far beyond the surface of the earth, keeping the moon in its orbit; and the fields of a cell phone stretch out far beyond the phone itself. Likewise the fields of our minds extend far beyond our brains.
